3. AI and your business data

Your AI employee answers questions using the information you choose to provide, including your products, policies, uploaded documents, business knowledge, and coaching.

We may send the information needed to generate a response to trusted AI service providers. Those providers receive only the information necessary to perform the requested service.

4. Your data belongs to you

Everything you upload or connect remains yours, including:

• Products
• Documents and images
• Business knowledge
• Customer conversations
• Merchant coaching
• Store policies and operating information

Using TikoZap does not transfer ownership of your business data to us.

5. When we share information

We only share information with trusted service providers when it is necessary to operate TikoZap. We require service providers that process personal information on our behalf to protect that information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements. These may include providers for:

• Payment processing
• AI response generation
• Cloud hosting and data storage

• Security and service monitoring

We may also disclose information when required by law, necessary to protect people or property, or needed to investigate misuse of the service.

We do not sell or rent your personal, business, or customer data.

You may request deletion of your TikoZap account and associated data by contacting us at support@tikozap.com. When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymize associated information that we are not required to retain for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or other legitimate business purposes.

9. Children's privacy

TikoZap is intended for businesses and is not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

As TikoZap evolves, we may update this Privacy Policy. When changes are made, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. We may also provide additional notice when a change is significant.
